Fill Local Rx Plus provides prescription discount program services designed for pharmacies. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Prescription discount program management
- NADAC-based pricing systems
- Rebate processing
- Claims management services
3. User Obligations
3.1 Account Information
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep their information updated.
3.2 Compliance
Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to pharmacy operations and prescription processing.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Billing
Monthly fees are based on claim volume. Detailed pricing information will be provided during the registration process.
4.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed according to agreed-upon terms in the service agreement.
5. Data Privacy and Security
5.1 Data Protection
We maintain SOC 2® Type II certification and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
5.2 HIPAA Compliance
Our services comply with all applicable HIPAA regulations regarding protected health information.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Fill Local Rx Plus services are owned by Fill Local Rx Plus and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Fill Local Rx Plus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Severability

The failure of Fill Local Rx Plus to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Fill Local Rx Plus regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and Fill Local Rx Plus.
